Bilstein B8 8112 (ZoneControl) CR suspension kits are a direct fit, position sensitive coilover designed for light trucks and SUV’s. ZoneControl CR is a revolutionary technology delivering position sensitive damping. The system incorporates a triple piston design, offering 3 stages of compression valving and 2 stages of rebound valving. The coilover module utilizes a threaded spring seat for ride height adjustability ranging from 0-3.8” (depending on application). The coilover is supplied with a remote reservoir for increased cooling and an accompanied, bolt-on anodized reservoir chassis mount. BILSTEIN B8 8112 (ZoneControl) CR position sensitive coilovers will offer unparalleled ride comfort during every day driving combined with maximum control over large suspension inputs.
The Bilstein ZoneControl shock and coil springs are designed with off-roaders in mind. Bilstein knows that going from a standard shock to a coilover assembly is the next step most off-roaders will take if they want maximum comfort on the rugged road. So, it rolled out the ZoneControl shocks with coil spring that’s dressed to impress. This assembly features a triple piston design with three compression zones for superior bottom-out control and two rebound zones for maximum stability. Plus, it uses an external reservoir designed to hold additional oil for improved heat dissipation and better performance over time. The Bilstein ZoneControl comes with an adjustable threaded spring seat that allows for easy spring preload adjustment and fine-tuning ride height. And it resists harsh off-road elements better than stocks since it’s made using aluminum components with zinc-plated shock bodies.
