CB-86-FAVQCLUTCH

This Clutch Line is a crucial piece of your FA20 Engine with CD009 FAVQ Transmission Conversion with Tilton Internal Throwout / Slave Cylinder. Aside from simply the conversion, this clutch line is designed to improve pedal feel, eliminate heat soak, improve engine bay aesthetics, and eliminate engine bay clutter...this FULL replacement one-piece line from clutch master cylinder to slave cylinder is a lot of product. Other "clutch lines" offered just replace the soft line between the stock hard lines. This also includes the bleeder line from the Tilton Slave Cylinder with all needed connections.

The FAVQ CD009 transmission conversion requires an upgrade to a 3/4 Master Cylinder which we also make. The Chase Bays x Tilton Clutch Master Cylinder Adapter Kit is available HERE. The only difference is the outlet threads on the CMC, the stock CMC is M10x1.0 and the Tilton is 3/8-24. This clutch line kit includes the M10 Banjo bolt and if you buy the Tilton Master Cylinder from us we include the 3/8-24 banjo bolt. All you have to do is switch to the 3/8-24 Banjo Bolt and this clutch line works.

It is made using -3AN stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, PVC coated line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder with all stainless steel hose ends. Our PTFE Teflon inner core hose is manufactured from DuPont's Type 62 fine grade resin, 304 stainless steel wire braid. The hose has a burst pressure of 9000psi. It is chemically resistant and virtually unaffected by all commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, hydrocarbons, solvents, synthetic compounds, and hydraulic fluids. More than half of those will hopefully never be on your car (hopefully).
