BorgWarner Turbo Systems Aftermarket is pleased to announce the release of AirWerks® SX-E super core assemblies* for performance applications. These new part numbers are purpose engineered for both diesel and gasoline high performance applications and are available in S400 frame sizes. These are supercores which means they come without the turbine housing (hot side).  Add any turbine housing option from the list.

All S400SX-E super cores contain the following exciting new features:
 - 360 degree thrust bearing
 - Forged milled compressor wheels with extended tip technology
 - Optimized compressor stage aerodynamics
 - Interchangeable with existing turbine housings for upgradability

In addition, S400SX-E super cores with V-Band discharge compressor covers feature:
 - Compressor cover integrated speed sensor port
 - Flexible compressor cover outlet options

Compressor Specs:

 - Borg Warner 5.5" Inlet 3" Outlet compressor housing with port shroud map width enhancement.
 - 72.0mm inducer 96mm exducer FMW Forged Milled Wheel (Billet)

Turbine Specs:

 - 82mm exducer, 87mm inducer turbine wheel
 - T4 Divided turbine housings in .90, 1.00, 1.10, and 1.25 A/R with 4" V Band Outlet (4.625 OD Flat)  178787, 178788, 178789, 178790
 - TiAl Stainless V Band in/out housings 3.81" OD inlet, 4.50" OD Outlet in 1.02, 1.16, and 1.30 A/R
