The Full-Race Turbocharger Coolant Line Upgrade Kit for the 2017-2020 F-150 and Raptor is engineered to resolve the infamous reliability issue of leaky turbocharger coolant lines in the GEN2 3.5L EcoBoost engines. 

The OEM slip-fit rubber bushing used in Ford’s original design to contain the hot turbocharger’s coolant lacks clamping force. This causes the o-rings to wear over time, resulting in coolant leaks. The universally accepted fix has been to remove and replace these OEM fittings and lines with each failure–until now. Our kit replaces these with robust AN fittings, providing a permanent, leak-free solution that eliminates the problem once and for all.
