Each wheel is built to order, tailored to a customer’s exact specifications in size, fitment, finish, and style. Using aerospace-grade aluminum and advanced forging techniques, our wheels deliver the perfect balance of strength, durability, and lightweight performance.

10,000 Ton pressed then heated aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and mechanical properties. These wheel blanks are the heart of strong and light weight wheel. Whether for exotic supercars, track-ready builds, offroad machines or luxury daily drivers, our forged wheels are engineered to enhance handling, aesthetics, and individuality. With a focus on quality control, and bespoke design.

 STEP 1 3D Drawing / Confirm specifications

This is where the wheels become yours. We give the canvas to you. Our team will book a consultation call / online chat with you at no cost to discuss the wheel design, diameter, offset, width, color up to the center bore and bolt pattern. Gone are the days of purchasing a set of wheels and dealing with hub centric rings to match your vehicle.

Step 2 CNC Machining

Our modelling team will send a 3D model created in Solid works to ensure the design of your dream wheels matches exactly what you had in your head. Then off its sent to be CNC machined into your design.

This design is then CFD and digitally stress tested by our in house engineers with 20 + years of automotive experience.

Powder Coating & Testing

Every Wheel is powder coated & clear coated to your specified color. 

We ensure the finish will last for years to come and this set of wheel will become a lifetime investment.

Vehicle wheel testing includes various tests to ensure structural integrity, safety, and performance, such as radial fatigue, cornering fatigue, and impact tests. These tests evaluate durability, load capacity, and resistance to road damage.

 Each Wheel is then packaged meticulously and shipped off to you for mounting and driving enjoyment.

• Each wheel will have a production # engraved for warranty purposes.
• $200 Rebate if Gumotorsport is engraved onto the wheel and pictures sent to us after wheels installed.
