Does my header fit?

This is everyone’s first question, and the answer is; YES.  While we don’t have every header in the world here to test fit, the mainstream brands (Perrin, GT-Spec, MadDad, Invidia, etc.) and  headers known to crowd the pan have been test fit.

Included Hardware/Spacer Kit

The Optimal Oil Pan is ~3/8” deeper than a factory oil pan. We recommend using our spacer kit with any OEM oil pickup 2006 and later AND with our own Ultimate Oil Pickup. Some builders prefer a larger pan to pickup clearance, some do not. Kit consists of (1) flange spacer, (2) bracket spacers, o-ring, and the correct (4) bolts. All spacers are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum.

Trimming Undertray?

The one concession with the Optimal Oil Pan is it may rub on some OEM undertrays. If you don’t want the OEM undertray to rub, you’ll need to take a utility knife and trim it slightly to clear.
