It works as a direct replacement for all Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM 2001 to 2010 diesel engines. Sinister Diesel uses a solid stainless steel construction which ensures durability and a tight seal, so you enjoy excellent performance.

Each replacement head gasket features a 5-layer stainless steel sandwich construction, plus heavy-duty seals for each cylinder. Thanks to the adaptive fluoroelastomer (FKM) coating, fluids are also blocked from flowing past the gasket, ensuring a tight seal. Each gasket is sold individually, so choose either driver’s or passenger’s side.
