For exactly that reason we have released the TRC491.  Combining and OEM style complete upper control arm with an uprated ball joint and pre-fitted SuperPro bushings you save intallation time and dollars and refresh the complete assembly for the best drive and longest possible service life with brand new components throughout and a straight foward factory fit.
