Refund policy

Must follow the following rules

IF your product has been delivered / Shipped :

1. Item must have been delivered within the last 30 days.
2. Products must be in original packaging and in a new condition, sealed and never opened.
3. Any product that was used or partially installed is non-returnable. 
4. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the error of Gumotorsport or the manufacturer.
5. The RMA number must be marked on the returned box. Sharpies work perfectly. 
6. Shipping Fees are not refundable as we paid the carrier.
7. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Gumotorsport pays for return shipping on incorrect parts / wrong items sent
9. If damaged , please report within 5 days of receiving the product. Gumotorsport will not handle damage requests from orders that were delivered over 5 days ago
10. If shipped out from the manufacturer there is a 5% charge to cancel an order, please message us as soon as possible if an order was a mistake or you have changed your mind. Items can be shipped within 2 hours.

IF product has not shipped yet and is on backorder: 

1. Refund request must be made within 6 days of order date 

2. After the 6 day grace period, refunded orders will have a 3% charge to cover transaction fees 

3. If product does not ship within 2 months of quoted shipping date, 3% charge is waived.

IF you have used RBC Payplan: 
1. ETA of delivery will be provided. You must cancel by 4 business days after order is placed or 20% restocking fee will apply.

* It is the customer's responsibility to check if Part # matches their needs. 
for non fitment or incorrect part , please note shipping costs are not refunded.
