The VR30DDTT Street Lower Downpipes were designed using Solidworks© 3D CAD software by our SnailWorks© Engineering Team to be the best performing on the market. Our engineers utilized 3D scans and computer aided design to blueprint the inlet, outlet, and mounting locations to optimize exhaust flow via mandrel bent full 3″ tubing. Utilizing 3D printed prototypes, our team was able to install and test fit and then rapidly refine our geometry in CAD resulting in perfect OEM-like fitment. Even the small details have been considered, including our robust integrated mounting brackets that allow the exhaust to be secured to the chassis. These brackets reduce flex, and means your pipes are not prone to cracking like the cheap alternatives offered by some of the competition. Our engineering mindset and attention to detail in the design of the new VR30DDTT Street Lower Downpipes is what sets it apart from everything else on the market.

The GESI G-Sport catalytic converters integrated into the AMS Performance VR30DDTT Street Lower Downpipes offer exceptional performance and reliability. These 304 series stainless steel constructed converters are EPA compliant — ensuring they meet stringent emissions standards while delivering superior exhaust flow. Featuring a 300 CPSI cell count and a G-Sport triangle cell design, they effectively reduce back pressure, maximizing performance. The Double-Lock technology securely locks the substrate in place, and the proprietary precious metal wash coat guarantees consistent emissions reduction. Designed to withstand temperatures up to 1500°F, these catalytic converters are ideal for forced induction applications, providing the perfect balance of durability and efficiency within the exhaust system.
