S58 "No Limit" Billet Air-to-Air Competition Manifold
CSF has done it again… Coming off the heels of a winning weekend at TX2K 2026, CSF is proud to announce the official release of its new "No Limit" S58 & B58 Air-To-Air Competition Manifolds. Another innovative solution from the perennial leaders in BMW Cooling.
Track proven and tested in the extreme Texas heat with ambient temperature consistently over 90°F (32°C) at TX2K by three S58 vehicles. All three posted times of 7-seconds, including new world record holder of the "Fastest BMW in the World" Tom Wrigley Performance in his G80 M3 race car (7.67 seconds at 183mph). The street driven GTP Motorsport G87 xDrive M2 also set the M2 World Record with a time of 7.84 seconds at 178mph.

- Internal Velocity Stacks: Results in smooth airflow into each cylinder, improving efficiency and top-end power.
- O-ring Sealed Surfaces: Ensures airtight sealing, no leaks, even under extreme boost and potential backfires.
- Large Throttle Body: Throttle Body Bolt Pattern is for an S55 throttle Body (77mm) which has a larger ID than the B58 and S58 (67-68mm).
- Integrated Sensor Pads: Two Integrated Sensor Pads to Measure Additional Parameters or Extra Sources of Vacuum.
- Race-Ready Package: Supplied with Billet Fuel Rail and features Modular Ports on the Top of Each Cylinder Runner that can be used for secondary port injection (requires optional 2nd rail), Nitrous, or Methanol Injection.
- Thermal Rejection Competition Spacer: Thermal Rejection Spacer reduces manifold temperatures which helps lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs), improve charge air cooler efficiency, and combats heat soak.

⚠ Fitment Notes
This product is for motorsport use only and requires extensive modifications to install.
The throttle body flange is engineered to accommodate a larger 77mm S55 throttle body (BMW 13-54-7-597-871). CSF recommends using the VTT-FAB Extension Harnesses (B58/S58 to S55 TB Conversion) to simplify installation.
The manifolds are precision manufactured with the highest tolerances and attention to detail possible. They are designed and engineered to take the abuse of high boost pressure and competitive use. Each one is assembled in house and inspected prior to shipment. CSF offers a 2 year limited warranty on these manifolds. However, that warranty will be void if the manifold is disassembled without prior consent from CSF.
