The Eventuri Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG Carbon Intake System for the W463A / W464 platform is a complete redesign of the factory airbox, engineered to significantly increase airflow capacity, improve turbocharger efficiency, and maintain low intake air temperatures. Developed to take full advantage of the available space in the G63 engine bay, the system delivers measurable performance gains while retaining the OEM cold air feed locations.

By increasing internal airbox volume and optimizing the airflow path to the turbochargers, the intake allows the turbos to operate with reduced resistance. This results in lower wastegate duty cycles, stronger mid-range torque, improved throttle response, and higher peak power output. The smoother flow path also enhances the induction sound, adding to the overall driving experience.

To accommodate the larger intake architecture, Eventuri has redesigned the carbon fiber engine cover with an integrated heat shield featuring high-temperature silicone insulation. This protects the cover from the intense thermal load generated by the turbochargers and exhaust manifolds while maintaining stable intake air temperatures during repeated acceleration.

Manufactured from 100% prepreg carbon fiber and supported by precision CNC-machined components and laser-cut mounting hardware, the system delivers OEM-level fitment together with a dramatic visual upgrade for the G63 engine bay.
